For increased storage space and easier access to clothing, cookware, and other frequently used items, our custom pullout drawers can be designed with curved, slanted, or custom cutouts to meet your customers’ lifestyle and space requirements. Whether your customer prefers a hand pull cutout and locking mechanism in the front, or a decorative side scoop, our expert design and production teams can help you combine beauty with functionality in ways you may not have thought possible.
Front scoop drawers feature clean fronts with radiused cutouts that are 4” wide by 1” high. Custom cutouts are available upon request.
Side scoop drawers are available with clean fronts, with or without a lip, and lip sizes can be up to 1” on each side. Sides can be curved, angled, or custom cut.
Tell us what kind of hardware you will be using, and we can help you determine pullout size. Generally, pullouts with lips will have thicker fronts of 5/8” or 3/4”. We can add side lips or wings of up to 1” on the fronts to conceal hardware from the side. Custom sizes can have a maximum height of 21-7/8” and a minimum height of 2”.
Side or front scoop pullout drawers can be made from Baltic Birch Plywood and any solid wood. We can also use melamine for slanted side drawers as rounded cuts are not possible due to the edgebanding process we use.
